PAF in The Daily Mail: Democrat group sparks fury with outrageous pro-porn advert

Democrat groups have sparked outrage with a new pro-porn advert showing a man masturbating to an X-rated clip being interrupted by a stern Republican.

The 30-second ad by Progress Action Fund and Defend the Vote is titled ‘Republicans Rubbing You the Wrong Way.’

It shows a fictitious Republican legislator enter a man’s bedroom as he’s watching porn and taking away his cellphone, as first reported by The Hill.

‘I’m your Republican congressman,’ the actor says. ‘Now that we’re in charge, we’re banning porn nationwide.’

As the young man protests, the fictitious lawmaker adds: ‘I won the last election, so it’s my decision. I’m just going to watch and make sure you don’t finish illegally.’

The ad is the latest move in the Democratic super PACs’ $2.5 million ad campaign against Republicans in swing states.

It will stream on TV, online and streaming services in the seven battleground states – Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada.

Some social media users expressed anger at the content of the ad.

One comment on YouTube read: ‘Which undecided voters is this garbage content supposed to sway?’

‘Democrats’ closing argument: abortion and pornography. The Party of Satan,’ said on X user.

Another X user added: ‘When panic sets in, the true colors shine. Democrats wanted us to think they’re reasonable, middle-of-the-road, balanced, faith & compromise-friendly, bi-partisan, etc.

‘But what are they talking about at the eleventh hour? Pornography & abortion.’

Others took issue with the fact’s accuracy, as no Republican is trying to ban porn at the federal level.

It comes as 17 adult film stars launched a $100,000 ad campaign on porn sites warning that Project 2025 by the Heritage Foundation outlines a ban on porn and jail for those who produce it.

While Trump has distanced himself from Project 2025, the ‘Hands off my porn’ organizers hope the ads will drive voters male voters towards Kamala Harris, as reported by The New York Times

Trump has famously-denied a one night stand with porn star Stormy Daniels.

The alleged 2006 encounter ultimately saw him convicted of 34 felony counts related to a hush money payment he gave to Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election
